A dispute with an operator. This site is not an intermediary and has no standing in a complaint between a player and a casino. If you are in Ontario and the operator is registered with iGaming Ontario, the AGCO has a formal complaints process. If the operator is internationally licensed, the licensing authority named in its footer is the route.
